The rooms were very "tired" and although reasonably clean, bed covers were stained and my wife was bitten by bed mites. The double bed in our room was completely worn out to the point that you were forced to lay toward the middle of the bed, like it or not. The double studio only had a "put me up" bed for 2 which was extremely uncomfortable. I have stayed in many London Hotels and this was the worst value for money by far.
