The Waverley House is a friendly, efficient, unpretentious hotel in the centre of London. Some guests find its rooms a little basic, but most praise the friendliness of the staff and the high quality breakfast.

     Hotel was clean but felt the rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment...             room 217 very small in comparison to previous stay...             room small and dull...             The room was very basic ...             the bathroom very outdated...              I asked for a quiet room and got one, which was appreciated...             Paintwork a bit scruffy ...             bathroom fine...              Wall thin to neighboring bathroom ...             very quiet room ...             room small ...             the rooms are slightly dated ...             bed was rock hard!!! ...             All rooms are very quiet and well serviced...             Rooms are a good size, and include air-con, tv, tea & coffee making and a safe....
