Perfect location, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The hotel bar was open to provide a snack for us after the opera and the bar facilities were great.
Top Tip
Easy access to covent garden, shops and Holborn tube station. We ate in Clos Maggiore, pre-theatre meal. Book well in advance - it's worth it. The hotel also had an excellent and reasonably priced menu in the reataurant.

On arrival we were told we've had a problem with the booking. This is all very well but we had arranged all our trips around the covent garden area.So we had to take unneccesary taxi rides to maximise our agenda. We wre transfered to the westbury in mayfair.I would consider booking elsewhere due to the inconveinance caused.

Hotel overbooked, transfered to sister hotel. Higher grade but very inconvenient for the theatre district. Taxi fares promised for inconvenience but not forthcoming.
Not at all happy with service.

Fantastic location for Aldwych theatre and covent garden. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. But the hotel does not have any smoking rooms. There is building work opposite but we didnt really notice it and the hotel did offer us an upgrade to a 5 star hotel near Oxford street, but we were glad to stay here and location could not be better.
Top Tip
Covent garden just a few minutes walk, amazing street acts bars and restaurants.
